AWS announced a new enterprise observability solution for Amazon Quick, designed to give business leaders and platform owners visibility into AI platform usage. When hundreds to thousands of users are onboarded, data on who is using the platform, user satisfaction with answers, and which capabilities drive engagement is scattered across multiple AWS services. This solution centralizes that data, enabling monitoring of key metrics like active users, query volumes, and response quality. It integrates with Amazon CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail for logging and metrics, and uses Amazon Athena for querying. The solution is available now at no additional cost beyond the underlying AWS services used. It helps organizations optimize their AI investments and improve user experience by identifying popular features and areas needing improvement.
