Governance by Design: Architecting Agentic AI for Organizational Learning and Scalable Autonomy

A new arXiv paper (2605.20210) from May 22, 2026, examines how a large IT services company developed and staged the rollout of an agentic AI system integrated with enterprise tools in 2025. The system pursues goals through multi-step planning and tool-mediated action with limited supervision.
