RTX 5090 and M4 MacBook Air: Can It Game?

Results showed the eGPU delivered 2-3x the frame rates of the M4's integrated GPU in titles like "Cyberpunk 2077" and "Shadow of the Tomb Raider," but performance was still 20-30% lower than the same GPU in a Windows PC due to driver overhead and macOS's lack of native DirectX support.
